Returns + Exchange - Domestic Orders
Timeframe - Free up to 7 days after delivery date
We offer one free return or exchange, per order, on unworn, non-custom jewelry pieces or earring holders with original packaging cards as long as we are contacted within 7 days of tracked delivery.
Item must then be shipped back to Joy Made Collective using USPS, UPS, or Fedex tracked mail within 14 days of delivery. Cost of shipping for an exchanged or returned item is covered by buyer.

+Exchanges must be for the same product, in a different color. If there is a difference in price owed by the customer, an invoice for the difference will be sent via email and must be paid before the new product is made. If there is a difference in price owed by Joy Made Collective, the difference will be given to the customer as store credit. If the exchange is for a different product, it will be considered like a return (see below).
+Return request will be processed as store credit. Buyer is still responsible for shipping cost of item back to Joy Made Collective.
+Please hold on to the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate the return order if needed.
+Please allow up to 1 weeks after your return order has been delivered for processing of store credit and up to 2 weeks after your exchange for the next product to be sent. Processing time may increase during peak sale seasons.
Returns + Exchange - International Orders
+We currently due not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Timeframe - Free up to 60 days after delivery date
We stand by our work, honor our word, and care about your satisfaction. However, we are human and mistakes do happen. If this is the case, we will take care of you, at no cost to you. Our 60-day warranty covers the following:
+Manufacturing Defects: broken jump ring, faulty clasp, etc.
+Errors/Missing Item: personalization errors, wrong size, wrong color, item missing
