FAQ : Order Changes
+Can I change my order?
We start the creation process right away, so we do not allow changes to the order once it has been placed.
+Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped out, we will do our best to update your address. To change your shipping address, please email alyssa@joymadecollective.com with your first and last name, order number, and the updated shipping address.
If your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address for you.
+Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been cut or started yet, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation. Please email alyssa@joymadecollective.com with your first and last name, order number, and request for cancellation.
Please note: we are unable to cancel orders that have started production.
